Accept donations

I would be happy to setup a recurring donation, like I did with the BioJulia, but they stopped the donations.
It would be awesome if JuliaHealth will provide a way to help the project financially.

I would recommend that you instead donate to the Julia project, which will benefit JuliaHealth as well as the rest of the Julia ecosystem.

Through either of these means, donations reach the Julialang account within NumFOCUS.

Switched the recurring donation to the Julia project then. But I agree that having a link in repos and a site would be awesome 👍
