app doesn't warn you if you have forgotten items on the list

I want the app to give an audio and visual reminder if the user tries to submit the checklist without checking all the items.

I need to add a submit button at the bottom of the checklist.

When a user presses the button, check if any of the checkboxes are blank, or if any of the switches are off.

If not all are good, then pop up an alert dialog listing the items that are not complete.
