Problem
The header sidebar toggle and the mobile-only Feedback link expose only icons to assistive technology. The sidebar toggle has no accessible name or state, and the mobile Feedback link contains no text or
aria-label. A screen-reader user cannot determine what either control does.WCAG 2.2
Evidence
EssentialCSharp.Web/Views/Shared/_Layout.cshtml:92-97:The tooltip only exposes the shortcut and is not an accessible label. The button should have a stable accessible name such as
aria-label="Toggle navigation"and anaria-expanded/aria-controlsrelationship updated with the sidebar state.EssentialCSharp.Web/Views/Shared/_Layout.cshtml:130-134:Add visible text or an
aria-labelsuch asSend feedback; mark the decorative iconaria-hidden="true".Warning
