validation GN: type / localType

When validating the following datasets:

https://inspire.brandenburg.de/services/gn_alkis_wfs?service=WFS&version=2.0.0&request=GetFeature&Count=10&typenames=gn:NamedPlace

and

https://www.geodaten-mv.de/dienste/inspire_gn_alkis_download?service=WFS&version=2.0.0&request=GetFeature&Count=10&typenames=gn:NamedPlace

the folowing error appears:
Invalid content was found starting with element '{"http://inspire.ec.europa.eu/schemas/gn/4.0":type}'. One of '{"http://inspire.ec.europa.eu/schemas/gn/4.0":localType, "http://inspire.ec.europa.eu/schemas/gn/4.0":mostDetailedViewingResolution, "http://inspire.ec.europa.eu/schemas/gn/4.0":name}' is expected.

However, in the dataset the attribute type is referenced with a NamedPlaceTypeValue-Codelist and the localType as a LocalisedCharacterString

Which is how it is defined in the datamodel:

we don t understand why the error appears.

Dear @Dnoack49,
please note that the error is not caused by the type element itself, but rather by the absence of the mandatory name element, which must be present before the type element.
You should update your dataset accordingly.
