Add create new ticket option in error page.

When an invalid page is visited, the not-found page opens, but it only shows go to home option, besides it add a create new ticket option.

Thanks for raising this, @disvid. we respect your contributions to the repo. however, i'm not convinced this is the best user experience. adding a new ticket creation option on an error page might be confusing for first time visitors. Redirecting to the home page allows users to easily navigate to the correct functionality and provides a clearer path forward. Please give this some more thought, and if your school of thought differs from mine, let me know for further discussion, otherwise please close this issue as not planned
