The motion vector map is black

The motion vector map I obtained is completely black. May I ask why?

Hey :) The project was done with Unity 2019.4.15f1 and not using URP as far as I remember, so your issues likely comes from using a version that is different. We don't plan on updating the project but I believe it might be a starting point for future usages (or maybe not if too much stuff has changed over the years)
