[FEATURE]: Events Button in Navbar

What is the feature you would like to see?

• Create a separate button in the Navbar to redirect to the Events Dashboard page apart from What's New
• The existing Events Drop down and the Events page should still exist
• The naming of the elements should be done accordingly
