Make PCB for components

There's a [schematic](https://github.com/IDMIL/T-Tree/wiki/Constructing-The-T%E2%80%90Tree#circuit-diagram) for the electronics in the T-Tree 2.0, but a PCB design would simplify the construction process. Currently, all components need to be laid out and soldered by hand.
