Holding the Home Button on the controller shouldn't open Console Mode

Problem description

Since I updated to the latest version, whenever I try to turn off my Xbox Series controller, the client immediately switches to console mode.

Feature description

I think:

1. holding the home button on a controller should just turn off the controller, nothing else.
2. simply pressing the button could switch to console mode (an option in the settings would be nice)

I'd like to also formerly request this feature. Every time I want to turn off my controller to save battery I need to quit console mode.
