Requeuing failed job that has continuation should process continuation chain.

Consider the jobs chain : `JobA`->`JobB`->`JobC`.
If `JobA` fails for any reason and then being requeued,  jobs   `JobB` and `JobC` should be set to `Awaiting` state.
The current behavior leaves `JobB` and `JobC`  in `Deleted` state.
