Typing hints using pydantic

Add type hints to the files inside `fantasy_cricket`.
 using [pydantic](https://pydantic-docs.helpmanual.io/) and [typing](https://docs.python.org/3/library/typing.html)
**Additional context**
It would also be great if [mypy](https://github.com/python/mypy) was used for the checks and added to the CI
