Conversation settings screen should also display SIM name

Currently the UI at a glance just displays the number, but elsewhere in the app, either SIM's number is always paired with the SIM name or only the SIM name is shown with the number in another tap.

On the conversation settings screen, the SIM name is only displayed when the picker is opened
