Accessibility - relying on colour to convey information

Admittedly the colour choices aren’t too bad, but I think it is likely some people wouldn’t see the difference between the pale blue and darker blue, or the pale green and dark green, and if anyone can’t distinguish between the dark blue and dark green they would have to guess at which row indicates which property.

The solution could be as simple as adding the letters L, P, and C to each rectangle.

To keep things space efficient, I thought it made sense to merge each trio into its own Neapolitan ice cream sandwich.
