Collect sample metadata (OME.metadata.xml) files to test

As a part of the LinkML endeavour, it would be good to have a set of real-world examples of OME metadata to test against.

Target: ~10 OME.metadata.xml files covering different aspects of the OME model, ideally linked to public datasets.

I think @tlambert03's https://github.com/tlambert03/ome-types/tree/main/tests/data might be better than trying to find new samples!

It is very comprehensive and names are intuitive.

I think they extend a bit the examples at https://github.com/ome/ome-model/tree/master/specification/samples/2016-06

We could try and look for edge cases and other vendors, but these might be more than enough for the start.
