Apple silicon processor not supported

Test run using an Applie M1 Max laptop, and got the following message after running: docker compose up -d

Thank you for this issue, I had missed it when checking the review.
I will see if I can build an image for linux/arm64/v8 so that it can run on Apple M1 Max.

We do not have easy access to Apple silicon processors so I might not be able to test this well.

How urgent is this for your ability to complete the JOSS review? Is this something that you would like completed in order to pass the review?
