I successfully installed Ginan and verified that the LEO-POD examples run correctly (LEO_dynPOD.yaml and LEO_kinPOD.yaml).
The results are generated under:

I have a few questions about the output products:
In the generated *.sp3 files, is the satellite entry "L64" the estimated LEO orbit (i.e., the POD result for the LEO spacecraft)?
What is the difference between the POD SP3 file and the corresponding *_smoothed.sp3 file?
(e.g., is *_smoothed.sp3 a forward/backward smoothed solution, or some post-processing of the estimated states?)
Are there any recommended scripts/tools (e.g., Python) to evaluate and visualize the POD accuracy?
For example, comparing the estimated SP3 against a reference orbit and plotting RMS/3D error over time.
Any pointers to documentation or example post-processing workflows would be greatly appreciated.
