Add list of URLs to Watch Later?

Is there a good way to list of URLs to Watch Later playlist? Sometimes I have Youtube tabs from web browser and want to consolidate them to FreeTube playlist. Also, it'd be really nice if there's a way to sync playlists in FreeTube across machine with e.g. a tool like Syncthing, but given the location of the playlist read by FreeTube cannot be changed and FreeTube won't read a symlink to the playlist from another location I'm not sure it's a good idea to sync the entire ~/.config/FreeTube directory.

P.S. Unrelated but is it possible to change location of cache? Seems like when viewing videos it's cached to disk but I much prefer it writing all that data to e.g. memory.
