ODrive could not open UART port

Hi !

when I run
ros2 run odrive_node odrive_node
I got this error

[INFO] [1643283409.065774302] [odrive_node]: ODrive could not open UART port
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::__cxx11::basic_string<char, std::char_traits<char>, std::allocator<char> >'

do you know how can I fix it ?

how did you connect the odrive? it expects your serial port at "/dev/ttyS1". you can pass another port as an argument named "port", or change the default in odrive_node/src/odrive_node.cpp line 5

Can you try specifying the port?
Change "/dev/..." to your port.
"ros2 run odrive_node odrive_node --ros-args -p port:='/dev/whatever_is_your_port'"
