missed notifications in bedtime mode

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. enter phone in bedtime mode
2. make a call on this phone

Expected behavior

There is must be notification on screen for incming phone. Even in bedtime mode.

Actual behavior

There is no any onscreen notification but incoming rungtone. So I can pick up the phone only with hardware shortcut on my keyboard.
