add some kind of "report this number as spam" to prevent others and you included to get lots of calls from spammers/adds

Feature description

the thing is after switching from an official app (like orange phone) to this FOSS app i sadly noticed that you couldn't report spammers/adds, the way it worked on the official orange phone app is : if a phone number was reported several times, when the reported phone number calls you there is a "may be an ads or a spam" kind of warning on the call screen on your phone... i really want to know if it dosn't invade privacy since i know FOSS dosn't work like closed source apps...

Why do you want this feature?

this would prevent wasting our time answering to spams or ads In my opinion !

like i said i don't know if it could be a feature if it invades privacy but i really belive that this would be a great feature and a MASSIVE QoL for some users if we can anonymise the spams reports and ect...
