Steps to reproduce the bug

Open file, zoom in.

Expected behavior

Clarity should increase until the limits of the image's resolution are reached and exceeded.

Actual behavior

It maintains the initial display resolution and looks fuzzy when zooming in on that, even when the image is supposed to be very high resolution.

This is caused by upstream issues beyond the reasonable scope of this app's development:

• API for region of interest decoding libjxl/libjxl#3519
• Ability to decode a section of the picture via x/y h/w with minimal I/O libjxl/libjxl#1623 (comment)

ReFra gallery has allegedly added support for this, though I haven't gotten it to work.
Might be worth looking at their approach to see if there are any hints on how Fossify could add support and if it'd be easy or not: IacobIonut01/ReFra@d002bea
