Wallpaper: pass full image to system instead of pre-cropping

Feature description

Setting a wallpaper from within Fossify Gallery pre-crops the image to screen size, so the launcher gets no extra width to pan across and parallax/scrolling is impossible.

Request: set as wallpaper passes to system WallpaperManager without cropping.

Why do you want this feature?

I use GrapheneOS and there's no way to set an older photo as wallpaper except through Gallery because the system picker only shows recent ones, Camera, Screenshots and Favourites (and Gallery doesn't write its favourites to system favourites even if I wanted to use this route).
