[BUG] Sliders 101-108 are not working on a Launchpad Pro Mk3

Describe the bug
I had to patch RADIO to support element numbers bigger than 100.

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a Radio slider: RADIO 101 8 40 50 0 0
2. It should create on the "line" row buttons (second to last vertically)

Expected behavior
Support of those buttons.
