LICENSE

RESTRICTED USE SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Restricted Use Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and Joe Thornton ("Licensor") for the software product or code used to create it ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. LICENSE GRANT
Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software only with the express written permission of the Licensor or upon the purchase of a separate commercial license. Any other use is strictly prohibited.

2. RESTRICTIONS
Licensee may not:

Use, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Software without prior written consent from Licensor.

Sell, sublicense, lease, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software without an appropriate commercial license.

Remove or modify any copyright notices or other proprietary markings.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where explicitly permitted by law.

Transfer or assign this license to any third party without the prior written consent of Licensor.

3. COMMERCIAL LICENSE REQUIREMENT
For commercial, production, or revenue-generating use of the Software, Licensee must obtain a separate commercial license from Licensor. Failure to do so constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

4. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time if Licensee breaches any term herein. Upon termination, Licensee must immediately cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Software is provided "AS IS," without warranty of any kind. Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or the use of the Software.

7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the Software and supersedes any prior agreements.

By using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
