Can't claim rank on XEN

Receiving this error: 
[ethjs-query] while formatting outputs from RPC '{"value":{"code":-32603,"data":{"code":-32000,"message":"INTERNAL_ERROR: could not replace existing tx"}}}'

For this wallet on Pulsechain:

0xf26190D4E7113788DAbe55E638A5e167B98DD2bc

I tried reseting my metamask. It cleared stuck transaction but now I can't claim, send, etc.
