In version 2 when a sample group didn't have a secondary product, Cruise Processing would display a warning to the user, but then automatically set the secondary product on the sample group. This would cause it so that later processing wouldn't display the warning message.
Now because sample group changes don't automatically get saved back to the cruise file, the user will see the warning message every time they process the cruise.
Do we:
- update the V3 file with the default secondary value
- don't save the default value back to the V3 cruise file, but don't show warning message
