Make sure pi grid test data are the latest version

The latest version should be in /tests/data/

• update fesom.mesh.diag.nc
• update output files, as there is a lot of new info in global attributes and vertical levels. Also change years, to be consistent with new default JRA55-do forcing.
• update tests if necessary
