On WatlowF4T the get_prgm(0) returns the wrong event type.

Events values on the WatlowF4T are "off"/"nc"/"on" not boolean.
The get_prgm(0) is intended to return a template of sorts, currently the user must convert the False boolean value to a "off" them selves.
