download with -write-auto-subs keeps showing ERROR "Failed to perform, curl: (28)"

HELP Sir,
i use Custom arguments: "--playlist-reverse -I ::-1 --write-auto-subs --embed-chapters",

    ERROR Messages :

without Subs, downloading is ok.

2 or 3 months ago, still can download including Auto-Subs without problem.
