[Feature Request]: Add Metrics Support (Token Generation)

Problem Description

To get to feature parity with our Python version of OpenPayGo, we need to support sending and receiving metrics.

Proposed Solution

Port Metrics module from https://github.com/EnAccess/OpenPAYGO-python/tree/main/openpaygo

Implement this on using the metrics package, and include unit test if possible.
