When you try to create a subproject with this code:

Once you click on the button Create, the browser goes back to the project details, not showing the error message and the new subproject is not appearing in the subproject list because it has not been created.
This is a example of wrong creation but you can even put a valid code but empty name and the result is the same. The error are not managed and shown to the user.
