May 2026 Contract - Clean up/migration of IDM docs

In Repo:

• Link to doc in the README, updated to the appropriate .idmod.org URL
• Remove disclaimer from README
• Link to doc in the repo settings, correct URL
• Remove readthedocs.yml (root of repo)
• Search for and remove any references to Sphinx or RTD
• Confirm all docs/files are .md
• Verify that mkdocs.yml (root) or _quarto.yml show the correct doc and repo URL

On Built Page:

• All page styling is correct
• All page links work
• Privacy and cookies notice, terms of use, and copyright are correct in footer
• Links correctly to GitHub repo
• Dark/light mode works
• No @idmod.org email addresses listed for requesting support
