As we all know, getting the black pieces is a bit of a disadvantage.
And with the Keizer-system, it is not made sure that colors are dealt "fair". E.g. I had tournaments, even tournaments with an uneven number of rounds, where some players at the end had 2 times more black than white or vice versa.
A simple cure would be to introduce a black bonus.
It must be selectable by the tournament director between 0% and maybe 10%.
So every result with the black pieces would count e.g. 5% more than the same result with the white pieces. That would not often change something in the end table, but it would stop discussions about getting black too often.
