Reset commit button grayed out

The problem

I'm using the flatpak version of Desktop Plus on Bazzite, and the reset commit button is greyed out for every commit. I can't use the GUI to reset commits at all, and resetting them in the console didn't seem to actually update the repo files because my Unity project didn't change to reflect these.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Open Desktop Plus
2. Open History tab
3. Right click any commit
4. Cannot click Reset Commit option

This seems to be intentional behavior from the upstream, only local (unpushed) commits can be reset. For reference, see: desktop#18524 (comment)

However, I do agree that this behavior is unintuitive, we should allow resetting to any commit and maybe show a warning popup when attempting to reset to an already-pushed commit.
