I am preprocessing EEG data (EDF format) in Cartool and I am encountering two related issues regarding electrode coordinates and channel handling.
When I load the EEG file and then load the electrode coordinates, the dataset still contains both EEG channels and POL channels (edl)..Could you please clarify whether POL channels should be removed beforehand, or if a specific Cartool-compatible electrode file is required that includes EEG channels only?
I also tried using electrode coordinates exported from LORETA, Brainstorm, and BESA. Although I converted these coordinates to Cartesian format (x, y, z), Cartool does not accept them.Is there a specific coordinate system, file structure, or formatting requirement that Cartool expects for .xyz / .elp files
