I want to do a spatial correlation between the template maps between two groups.
I have two groups in my study, and each group has say 4 and 7 template maps respectively (we have not restricted ourselves to fixed number of templates). What we want to know is the spatial correlation between these maps, so kind of giving a correlation matrix of 4*7 along with the p values. In earlier versions of CARTOOL under tools, EEG and tracks we had that option of 'Segmentation Result Analysis'. But in newer versions that tool is not there. So, how to go about it and if possible, why was that feature removed.
I am attaching a screenshot of that option from the earlier version of the cartool (v4.11)
