As a user, I want to view the technical device and server configuration for a location.
AC:
A "Show instance details" toggle expands a panel above the location cards
Device configuration section shows: Public key, Addresses, Listen port
VPN Server Configuration section shows: Public key, Allowed IPs, DNS servers, Persistent keepalive, Latest Handshake
Clicking "Show instance details" again collapses the panel
