The current single-case view lends itself to per-case investigation like normative data comparison. NeuroContainers already offers PCNtoolkit which could probably be mapped in quickly via LLM calling. Ideally a full integration would also have visualization of significantly abnormal structures via highlighting in the UI, straighforward application to FreeSurfer/FastSurfer outputs and native support for storing related data (e.g. age, sex).
