Test-cases should better reflect the current functionality. The original sample case is from https://zenodo.org/records/19133592 which has multi-model data (e.g. T1w, T2w, FLAIR, DWI). We should keep expanding the sample case with added functionality.
A first good starting point might be to showcase more FastSurfer functionality like corpus callosum surface, hypothalamus, and cerebellum subsegmentations (already advertised on NeuroCade.org). Updating the case would involve adding this data to a new release and making the related volumes load by default in the UI.
