Add fsQC support (optionally QC LLM workflow)

Since FastSurfer is already natively integrated, we should think about supporting the fsQC toolbox, which generates FastSurfer/FreeSurfer-specific quality reports. https://github.com/deep-mi/fsqc
This might also be a good target for a first LLM "workflow" combining different toolboxes and generating a QC report.
