Currently there is already a kind of "download manger" that operates via shell scripts and downloads containers from NeuroContainers. But this is not integrated in the UI. Neither is the catalogue of available LLM tools. This integration should be improved by adding user management by the UI and potentially the LLM.
Right now tolls are installed e.g. via scripts/containers.sh install fastsurfer
This should also auto-refresh the index of tools for the LLM.
