Implement skyrooms

There is currently a commented-out if branch that will eventually call R_Skyroom() but the functionality is not yet implemented.

There is also a reference in the todo.

How to put this? Why implement something that you can already do?

Here is an Xonotic map with skyroom, for instance (the buildings are a sky room model, they render with the skybox and if the skybox is not visible then they don't):

Just one example. Q3 map has the _skybox key to make them. Also the Xonotic map Tech Assault has a _skybox

As far as I know, that's only with q3bsp, and handled by the compiler (q3map2). This feature would be useful for q1bsp maps too.

No, but what I gather from the todo is that one would use an info_skyroom entity to create a point-of-view for a skyroom and the engine would project the view from that entity onto the sky surfaces.
