Clarifications about CSIP60/CSIP116 and CSIP113/CSIP118

These constraints state that there must be a fileSec element and corresponding structMap element for "Documentation" as well as "Schemas". But what if there is no Documentation folder and/or Schemas folder in the SIP. In those cases, are those elements then empty elements or can they be omitted?

Yes, the FileGrp needs to be there but can be without file-elements if there is no files to point to. So the fileGrp cant be omitted but the file can.
