Tree Fertilizer does not trigger SaplingGrowEvent

Description

I dont know if its intentional and it barely ever matters. Due to the tree fertilizer not triggering SaplingGrowEvent it cannot be used with natures aura tree ritual that gets started when the event is triggered. From my understanding its a single line addition but I dont know much about modding

The relevant event on 1.21.1 is BlockGrowFeatureEvent, issue otherwise valid.

I did some mixin work on the useOn method in TreeFertilizerItem, and, targetting INVOKE at "Lnet/minecraft/world/item/context/UseOnContext;getClickedPos()Lnet/minecraft/core/BlockPos;", ordinal = 2,
and Injecting the below code is enough to make it work. Not too sure on the consume result, but it gets the job done well enough.

This snippet is for 1.20.1, and the OP (I know them) made this post with 1.20.1 in mind. In 1.21 and ahead it is infact BlockGrowFeatureEvent as VoidLeech mentioned.
