🐛 [BUG] - Click on zone resets map zoom

What happened?

Second click on a zone - even after waiting (not "double click", but second click) - causes zoom and map center to reset to:

• Zoom level: 11
• Coords: 21.4834,-157.9652 (approx)

Reproduction steps

1. Go to https://hawaiizoningatlas.com/
2. Zoom into Oahu past zoom level 11
3. Click once on a zone
4. Wait a couple seconds
5. Click again on a zone

The zoom level it goes out to is dependent on window size. Zoom level 11 is on my Macbook 14" with the browser full screen.
