slide 11: header now states the take-home explicitly

Was 'Tier A Clinical Correctness Across 9 Models' (descriptive of the
figure). Now 'Specification Closes the Gap on Every Tier-A Axis' —
states what the audience should see when they look at the three panels:
green bars hit (or near-hit) the top while grey bars sit below with
long error bars. The figure becomes evidence for the claim, not a
puzzle to decode.
