Timed Traffic Lights Merge Traffic Freeze Bug

Describe the problem

When using timed traffic lights, if vehicles from multiple different lanes want to merge into one lane and all lanes have green lights, every vehicle will incorrectly give way to each other. None of them can move into the target lane, resulting in zero traffic movement.I suggest vehicles under green light drive normally as if there are no traffic lights here. Even random priority order works much better than all vehicles staying still.

Steps to reproduce

1. Using timed traffic lights
2. Let vehicles from multiple different lanes want to merge into one lane
3. Let lights for these vehicles green
