After a new installation, many notifications about updated programs are shown. For example when a new version of Edge is installed.

In new installations, the ignore list should not be empty and include all default Windows programs often changing their auto start settings / enablement.
Additionally, there could be an option to import these ignore suggestions on running installations of Auto Start Confirm.
