seo: optimize meta titles and descriptions for CTR improvement

Improve title tags and meta descriptions for top CTR optimization targets
identified in GSC audit (2026-06-25). These pages have high impressions
but low click-through rates due to generic or overly long meta tags.

Changes:
- /macbook-air-singapore: Add price hook (From S,299) to title, shorten description to 155 chars
- /blog/cheapest-macbook-air-m3-12-countries-compared: Shorten description from 209 to 155 chars
- /blog/best-laptop-deals-singapore: Add specific prices, shorten to 155 chars
- /blog/cheapest-iphone-17-singapore-june-2026: Shorten description from 215 to 166 chars

Targets: 5,122 combined impressions with current 0.4% CTR.
Goal: Improve CTR by making titles more compelling and descriptions within Google's display limit.
