I mentioned this in a Youtube comment, so this might already be in the process of being fixed. Anyways, my problem is that I cannot craft several of the necessary parts. For example, I cannot craft the launcher controller (even using the recipe in the video) or the launcher base part for standard missiles. The recipes that don't work are also not shown when you ask for a recipe from NEI. I believe that's it, thank you!
